FAQ

Why might a limit order remain unfilled after the price is reached?

If a limit order stays open, first check the limit price, filled quantity, and order status under Open Orders. Common reasons include:

- No opposing liquidity is currently available at your limit price or better;

- Other orders are ahead of yours in the queue at the same price;

- Insufficient liquidity means only part of the order can be filled.
