Does the Standard account still earn trading points even though it's fee-free?

Yes. The current rule for Trading Points has been updated to be based on "effective contract trading volume," independent of whether fees are charged. Although the Standard account doesn't charge fees, as long as your effective contract trading volume reaches 1,000 USDC within a 7-day statistical period, you will still earn 80 points under the current configuration, subject to the points page display and the system's actual settlement.
