Why can't I open or add to a position?

Once an account's margin ratio enters the Risk Warning Tier, the system restricts new position openings and additions, including market orders, limit orders, and order modifications or new conditional orders that would increase margin usage.

This is a risk-control mechanism, not a system malfunction. You can still close or reduce positions, and you can modify TP/SL on existing positions (this is not restricted, but does not change margin usage). To resume placing orders, close positions, reduce positions, or add margin to bring your margin ratio back to a normal level.
