What is "Close All"? Why is my position still open after clicking it?

"Close All" is located at the top-right of your position list and closes all open positions at once when clicked.

If a position remains open after clicking it, possible reasons include:

• The page hasn't refreshed yet, causing a display delay
• Some positions were only partially filled due to insufficient liquidity
• A brief network or system issue

We recommend refreshing the page first to confirm. If the position still shows as open, please submit a support ticket with the Order ID and a timestamped screenshot so we can investigate.
