My payment succeeded but the crypto hasn't arrived — what should I do?

Please don't worry — arrival takes some time:

• After successful payment, the system needs to process the order and send crypto on the blockchain
• The blockchain network needs to confirm the transaction (typically 1–5 minutes, may be longer during network congestion)
• MC Markets will automatically credit your Spot Account once the on-chain arrival is detected

If more than 30 minutes have passed and the crypto still hasn't arrived, please contact customer support with:

• Payment time and amount
• Type of crypto purchased
• Transaction confirmation email (if available)
