How is holding interest calculated for traditional instruments? Is it charged on weekends?

Long and short positions in eligible traditional instruments may use different annualized holding interest rates, adjusted dynamically based on market conditions. Holding interest is calculated on the position's notional value and denominated in USDC; the system converts the annualized rate and settles it on the hour, every hour. Weekends and holidays are settled normally on the same hourly basis.
