How do I determine whether a withdrawal request can be cancelled?

First check the status and available actions for that withdrawal under "Deposit & Withdrawal" records on the Portfolio page. Whether it can be cancelled depends on:

- The page currently showing a "Cancel" action for that order, or

- Official support explicitly confirming, based on the order's current status, that a cancellation request is eligible.

Emailing support only submits a request for review or cancellation — it does not guarantee the withdrawal can be reversed; the final outcome depends on the order's actual status. If you need help, provide the withdrawal Order ID, asset, amount, and submission time to support.
