Does withdrawing from the Vault also require review?
No. Withdrawing from the Vault moves funds back to your Spot Account, the funds remain on the platform, and the transfer completes instantly. The review turnaround notice only appears when funds are withdrawn from the Spot Account to an external address or payout account.
