Can I move funds out of the Vault anytime?

Vault deposits have a 4-day lock-up period, during which withdrawals are not available. If you make an additional deposit before the lock-up period ends, the lock-up period will restart and recalculate 4 days from the time of the most recent deposit. Once the lock-up period ends, you can withdraw freely.
