What do the different ticket statuses mean?
Tickets can have the following statuses:
- [Pending]: The ticket has been submitted and is waiting to be picked up by support
- [In Progress]: Support has received the ticket and is actively working on it
- [Resolved]: The issue has been resolved
- [Closed]: The ticket has been closed, either by support or by the user
- [Rejected]: The ticket was automatically closed by the system, typically due to reasons such as duplicate submissions or empty content
